High glossy no weld line rapid heating and cooling injection mold temperature controller is also called one of RHCM(Rapid Heat Cycle Moulding), the technology improves the moulds' surface temperature rapidly through the way of 180°C hot water or high temperature steam etc, make the mould's surface temperature reach to over Tg Glass Transition Temperature, then starting injection molding. As soon as die cavity filling process is finished, then immediately turn to use cooling water as cooling medium to decrease the mould's surface temperature rapidly, thereby change the surface characteristics of plastic products.
